Donation (Drives)
Steps on how you can establish drives for AYA
1) PURPOSe
Firstly, the aim of the donation drive should be determined first. Volunteers can choose to host drives for toys, books, cards, etc. Goals should be set including how many items to expect and how many people will end up donating. This is to have a clear, concise vision of the drive.
3) Contact
We must ensure we have the location's approval before proceeding with our drive. The team must contact the location and decide on the dates of the donation drive. The minimum should be at least two weeks.
Our donation toolbox We appreciate all volunteers who host a donation. You guys are the reasons for our success, so don't forget to have fun and enjoy the process.
2) LOCATION
Next, a site for the collection of donations should be determined. Locations can range from community centers/schools/businesses/hospitals/etc., depending on the target audience.
4) Preparation
Volunteers should prepare a donation box for donations to be collected in. Boxes should be at least 24 inches in height, and volunteers can follow (insert link) for further instructions on preparing the materials. Furthermore, volunteers should download our donation template and guide (found here!).
5) spread the word
Tell others about the donation drive! This means spreading the word through printed flyers, social media posts, or even just by word of mouth. Getting as many people as possible to participate is crucial to success!
Dearest supporters, your contribution to any type of direct fiscal transaction will be much cherished by our organization and will be held in recognition of your assistance to those with needs. The funds will be used to purchase commodities, gifts, and other items for pediatric patients who seek them. We make all possible attempts to make everyone feel welcome and part of AbleYouth Alliance

Corporations or companies who make such donations will be a part of our list of sponsors/donors on the main page.

Let us make the lives of those in need more joyful and less painful.
